Tronix Schedule

Lock in your hours, show up when the room is alive, and make training in Covina a non-negotiable part of your week.

Staffed Hours & Red Zone Peaks

Staffed hours are when the gym is fully open, coaches are on the floor, and you have access to equipment, coaching, and support. Red Zone is when the room is loud, the platforms are full, and the energy is at its highest.

Day Staffed Hours Red Zone Peaks
Mon–Thu 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Red Zone
Friday 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Red Zone
Saturday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Red Zone
Sunday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Red Zone
Staffed Hours
During these windows, coaches are on-site, check-ins are active, and new member visits can be scheduled. If you’re new, aim for staffed hours so we can actually meet you and set you up.
Red Zone Peaks
Peak energy, busier racks, more lifters. Great if you like training in a packed room with people pushing heavy and loud. If you prefer a quieter session, hit the edges of these windows.

How to Plug Your Week into the Schedule

You don’t need to live in the gym. Pick a simple plan, attach it to times that actually work in your life, and repeat it until the results show up.

2 Days / Week

Busy Schedule Plan

For people balancing work, family, and real life — but still committed to getting stronger.

  • Mon or Tue, 5–8 PM: Strength Lab or Hybrid Strong.
  • Thu or Fri, 5–8 PM: Engine & Conditioning or full-body lifting.
  • Optional: light walking or mobility once on the weekend.
3 Days / Week

Classic Strength + Engine

Our most common setup — enough volume to move the needle without wrecking your recovery.

  • Mon: Lower or full-body strength during staffed evening.
  • Wed: Upper strength or Hybrid Strong.
  • Sat Red Zone: Conditioning + accessories.
4 Days / Week

Strength-Focused Plan

For lifters who love the barbell and can recover from more frequent sessions.

  • Mon & Thu: Lower / upper strength in evening Red Zone windows.
  • Tue: lighter technique or accessory work.
  • Sat: conditioning, speed work, or heavier singles practice.

Schedule Details & Fine Print

A few quick answers so you know what to expect before you walk in.

FAQ 01

Do I need to book a spot?

For open gym, you can usually just walk in during staffed hours. For coaching-based classes or Foundations, we’ll lock in your slot during your intake so you’re never wondering if there’s space.

FAQ 02

What if I can only train early?

Early lifters are covered — morning staffed hours are built for people who need to train before work. Let us know your schedule and we’ll pair you with the right blocks.

FAQ 03

Do hours change on holidays?

Yes. We post holiday and event adjustments in advance on the gym floor, on social, and through member alerts. If it’s a holiday week, always double-check before you drive out.
